The release marks the first step in an expansion to Xbox Live by Telltale. Originally focusing on PC releases of its adventure games, the company has recently pushed its way onto consoles, shipping Sam and Max Season One and Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People to the Wii last year.To accomplish this task, Telltale today released the "first in-game screenshots" from Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures, and also provided some concept art.
The company has yet to say what platforms the famed Aardman Animation-created inventor-canine duo will hit, or exactly when the games will arrive next year.
Adapted from Aardman Animations' celebrated claymation series, episodes of Wallace & Gromit will feature adventure gameplay similar to other Telltale series Sam & Max (PC, Wii) and Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People (PC, Wii).
Telltale has not yet specified which platforms Wallace & Gromit will hit nor when it will arrive. Given Telltale's history, a PC version should be expected, with a strong possibility of a Wii release.
