Packing eight-person online multiplayer along with other tweaks, Vigilante 8: Arcade will sell for 800 Microsoft Points ($10). While the original was crafted by Luxoflux, Isopod Labs was formed by veterans from Luxoflux.

Shackvideo users can use the HD Stream.Titled Vigilante 8: Arcade, the downloadable Xbox 360 game is based on the original PlayStation and Nintendo 64 release, with the Isopod Labs team including several key members of the original V8 crew. Along with the expected graphical tweaks, it will feature eight-person online multiplayer and new, unspecified content.
"Our best guess is early June, but we'll keep you all updated," reads the studio's blog. "We were gunning for April and the game is is pretty much finished--we're currently tuning, working out bugs, and making sure the game runs well online and complies with a zillion little Microsoft requirements."
Isopod Labs also revealed that it is presently working on downloadable content for the game, though it offered no more details than a tease that the DLC is "neat."
