Undying Patch

Electronic Arts have released a 3.7mb patch for Undying, the Dreamworks/EA horror game. According to the readme, the patch is meant to fix texture issues. Thanks Blues News.

No PS2 Undying

According to VE, the Playstation 2 version of Undying has been cancelled by Electronic Arts. EA previously also cancelled a console version of Alice, which started the demise of Rogue.

Undying Demo!

A playable demo of Clive Barker's Undying has been released over on GameSpot this evening. The game has been on shelves for a while now and has been getting some really good reviews. Worth checking out for sure. The demo is about 97megs though, so maybe an overnighter download for the bandwidth impaired.

The demo lets you play through a sequence in the haunted mansion and includes some of the stronger weapons and spells from the full version.

Undying In Stores

According to the people at Electronic Arts, Clive Barker's Undying should be appearing in stores in the US. Undying is an Unreal engine powered horror action FPS, and according to the online press it's actually a pretty good game. There are reviews at Gamespot, PC.IGN, Daily Radar, Gamepower and Gamepro. Let's hope EA releases a demo so we can try it out.
