The Witcher 2 Details Emerge: 'Please Do Not Expect The Game Too Soon,' Says Developer

Developer CD Projekt RED has issued a second official response to the recent internal video leak that revealed the previously unconfirmed The Witcher sequel "Assassins of Kings."

And while the studio isn't willing to reveal everything about the fantasy action-RPG sequel quite yet--we're told "please do not expect the game too soon"--the company does address a few different subjects, including its hopes to release a console version in addition to the expected PC edition.

There's been a huge interest over our promotional Witcher 2 video that leaked last week. I think it's best if we straighten few things out.

Original: The debut trailer for the follow-up to CD Projekt's PC RPG The Witcher has cropped up on YouTube. Though the video is boldly marked for "internal use only," the slick presentation has many suspecting a coordinated release.
