Stronghold 2 Patches

Over at FileShack you can find new patches for Stronghold 2, updating the North American and European releases of the game to v1.3.1. This Deluxe Edition patch offers 8 new historical castles, 3 new AI players, 4 new Kingmaker maps and several balancing changes and bug fixes. There is also a patch for people who just bought the Deluxe Edition (out in Europe).

Stronghold 2 1.2 Patch

Forgot to mention this yesterday, but 2K Games has released new patches for Stronghold 2 updating version 1.1 of the game to v1.2. The 16mb patch improves multiplayer functionality, reduces the game's memory footprint and fixes a few random bugs.

Stronghold 2 Patch Plans

The Firefly website has word that a new patch for Stronghold 2 will be released this Monday. It will offer improved multiplayer stability and functionality. There are also tweaks to the crime system, and various bugs have been fixed. Thanks Blues.

2K Games sends along the first Stronghold 2 patch, updating Firefly's castle sim / strategy game to v1.1. Among other things the update makes a few campaign chapters easier, adds LAN multiplayer support, improves AI and fixes a few random bugs.

There's a Stronghold 2 preview on Game Informer, offering the whole package: impressions, screenshots and movies. Firefly's castle sim / strategy game recently went gold and will be in stores soon.

Stronghold 2 GONE GOLD

2K Games today announced that Stronghold 2 has gone gold, and will be in North American stores April 19. The Firefly Studios castle sim / strategy game sequel will retail for $39.99. You can find several gameplay movies on FileShack.
