NVidia has announced a new video GPU thinga-ma-jig. The Quadro. I would like to congratulate NVidia on two horrible video card names in a row. It is basically a GeForce card with a number of changes made to target the CAD workstation crowd. The guys at 3DGPU got a bit more word on what this thing is. Here's a snip from Derek Perez of NVidia:

When can we expect to see the Quadro available?
All I can say at this point is we should see them some time before Christmas.

update: Check these benchmarks on 3DGPU (Provided by NVidia though and only business app benchmarks).
