Holy Invasion of Privacy Badman! Skips Retail

Citing "surprisingly strong support" of the downloadable demo for Holy Invasion of Privacy Badman! What Did I Do To Deserve This, publisher NIS today announced that the PSP action-strategy game will only be released as a PlayStation Store download.

Priced at $19.99 and slated to release July 17, the Acquire-developed title has players crafting a dungeon and an accompanying self-sustaining ecosystem of monsters that can fend off the pesky human heroes trying to capture the Overlord and restore peace.

Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! What Did I Do To Deserve This?

This is not a plea for help but rather the title of NIS and Acquire's PSP action puzzler.

Pesky meddlesome heroes are invading the subterranean kingdom of Badman--who NIS describe as a "helpless, whiny-ass loser pansy b**** underground Overlord"--and you, the God of Destruction, must fend them off to crush all hopes of peace. Of course.

Your God of Destruction wields a humble pickaxe, with which he digs to connect caverns and play god with their ecosystems. Follow the food chain and manage soil types to rear giant monsters to fight invading heroes but keep a balance or your army eats itself.

Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! What Did I Do To Deserve This? arrives on PSP this July, with a downloadable demo coming "soon" to the PlayStation Network.
