Global Ops Screenshots

A new beta of Global Operations was released today, adding two new maps for the beta testers to check out. I've snapped a few screenshots from these two maps, Chechnya and Antarctica. The guys at Barking Dog have been pretty good at listening to players when it comes to tweaks to gameplay and such, and the game certainly has improved since the first beta. It still remains to be seen how the final product turns out, but it's more impressive than before.

Giga Games has posted a new Global Operations movie. The 13.8mb download offers a DivX video which shows the rendered intro movie from the game. It runs for about 3 minutes and 21 seconds.

Another Global Operations movie has been released, this time over at GlobalOpsCommand.net. The 3.8mb Windows Media video shows off footage from the Quebec level of the game. Also on the Firing Squad you can find a new preview based on some hands-on play with the beta.
