The guys at UnrealUniverse have a development update on DeusEx from Bob White of Ion Storm. DeusEx is a RPG'ish Unreal engine game which has some pretty lofty goals and expectations.

Console Games

In case you've gotten tired of Soulcalibur and NFL2k on your Dreamcast it looks like you might be seeing a few Quake and Unreal engine titles on the Dreamcast later next year. I'm sure many of you remember the Quake3 on Dreamcast rumors (and followup) but word from PC.IGN is that Deus Ex from Ion Storm based on the Unreal engine may be making its way to the DC as well. I'm still spending lots of time drooling over these Playstation2 screenshots though.

Unlike Half-Life, the guys at Ion Storm are going to be porting Deus Ex to the Mac platform. It's fairly easy since Unreal already has a Mac port according to them.
