Much more interesting than viewing some media is the opportunity to try out Conflict: Denied Ops (PC, PS3, X360) for yourself. On FileShack you can now find a 954mb demo, which includes single-player and two player co-op modes.

New media from the Pivotal Games first person shooter Conflict: Denied Ops is now available. We have four new screenshots, and a trailer featuring live action and some gameplay footage.

Eidos sure likes its buddy shooters. You've fallen for Kane & Lynch--now meet Walsh and Laing, a pair of lovable CIA operatives who also shoot guys.

Developer Pivotal Games is changing up the Conflict formula this time, aiming for the increasingly popular co-op shooter genre. On the outside, Denied Ops is a standard first person shooter, full of machine guns and rockets and blood. You move from objective to objective, occasionally climbing ladders, or clearing rooms. Pivotal Games' Conflict: Denied Ops (PC, PS3, X360) will arrive in stores February 12, publisher Eidos announced today.

Originally titled Crossfire, the co-op-focused FPS has players taking on the role of one or both main characters. If another player isn't present, the game's artificial intelligence will take control of the other dude.
