... The CVG article stated that it is possible to play through Renegade in under 10 hours. While that may be true for game pros, or those that have played through the game several times, an average gamer may take up to 30 hours to finish the single-player campaign.
In addition, it is true that there are 11 environments in Renegade. This should not, however, be mistaken for 11 levels. Each of the environments in Renegade is enormous and equivalent to multiple "levels" in other first-person shooters. I am confident that Renegade will offer as much, if not more, gameplay than other FPS games that are currently on the market or due to come out soon.
One other minor point. We do not currently have a sequel to Renegade in production ...
"The game was going to be third-person as we thought that this would be the best way to see your character in the environment. You can see him shooting, rolling, ducking, dodging, and you have a better idea of where you are in the environment.", explains Mike. "We've discovered since that on a PC more people play from the first-person and like that style of game better, so we thought that it'd be great to keep the third-person style and add a first-person mode."
