Shackvideo users can use the HD Stream.The delay of the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 racer, coming from Project Gotham Racing developer Bizarre Creations, is said to provide "more time to enhance the game's innovative and distinctive online multiplayer gameplay." A new date was not provided.
"The additional time will allow the studio to fully optimize the vision they set out to create for Blur including a distinctive and groundbreaking multiplayer mode that will appeal to a broad audience," explained Activision Publishing CEO Mike Griffith.
Combining the glitzy detonations of Bizarre's Geometry Wars with the high-speed antics of its Project Gotham Racing series, power-ups will offer speed boosts as well as a variety of shunts, bumps and disables when Blur is released on November 3.

The mayhem occurs in real-world locations including San Francisco and Hackney, London, with 4-player split-screen multiplayer as well as 20-player online, and a Mario Kart-esque power-up system granting speed boosts, attack powers and the like.
Blur zooms onto PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in November, with retailers listing an exact date of November 3 alongside your usual assortment of pre-order incentives.
Studio owner Activision confirmed the timeframe in a conference call, but did not provide a date. However, the publisher recently highlighted the pre-order incentives of several North American retailers, all of which currently list the game for a November 3 release.
Coming to PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, the racer packs a variety of customization options, allowing events to range from realistic races to Mario Kart-esque bouts with power-ups, such as missiles and bombs, that can be avoided with properly timed press of the shield button. Featuring the real-world locations and cars you'd expect from Bizarre, Blur's 20-vehicles races will also include power-ups, with the companies hyping Blur as the "ultimate wheel-to-wheel racing action experience" that will "revolutionize [the] racing genre."
