The Adrenaline Vault is the latest site with a preview of Battlefield 1942, based on giving the beta copy of this WW2 action FPS a try. The preview goes over the current multiplayer modes, bot support, player classes, the vehicles available to the player, and a few other things. New screenshots are included as well.

GameSpot has posted some Battlefield 1942 impressions, based on checking out a press copy of this WW2 action FPS. The preview goes over the two different maps included with the press copy, vehicles included with the game, weapons available to the player and the amount of fun the game already is. Some new screenshots are up as well.

New on PC.IGN tonight are hands-on impressions of Battlefield 1942, Digital Illusions' upcoming arcade FPS set during WW2. Besides the impressions of graphics, gameplay and such, there are also new screenshots and three gameplay movies in Quicktime format.

Gamespot has a brief update and screenshots from Battlefield 1942, an upcoming WW2 action FPS game. The game takes place at 16 "famous World War II battle sites", in single and multiplayer mode. The multiplayer mode will support up to 64 people, and people will be able to work together in several vehicles. It will be published by EA late this summer.
