Alex Murtz sent in this link on GameSpot which is sporting a bunch of new screenshots as well as some gameplay footage of Alice from Rogue Entertainment. The game in case you havent noticed is using the Quake3 engine and looked pretty damn interesting back at E3 this year.

Little Girls & Drugs

Levelord made a .plan update just a little while ago with word that he's off to work an 8 week contract job at Rogue to help wrap up the Alice project for EA, just after finishing up FAKK2.

...anytime I can work on a game with a twisted theme, and little girls, and drugs, ...well, you know, I'm there!

The team will actually be 3 guys heading over there to work. In addition to Levelord , Pat 'Velcro Wallet' Hook and Beau Anderson will also be heading out there for the term. (Thanks Elves On Tricycles for the pic)

Computer and Video Games News has a story about the plans Electronic Arts has with Alice, the game by American McGee and Rogue Entertainment. There will be a multiplayer addon after the game ships - although what kind of has not yet been established, and the next game from McGee might be another fairy tale such as Hansel and Gretel or Snow White.

FGN Online is reporting on a rumor going around saying Electronic Arts has signed a movie deal with Miramax for a movie based on the upcoming EA game American McGee's Alice. Apparently Miramax likes the dark character design, and McGee himself will be involved in a role like creative director or co-producer. If this is complete BS I'm sure we'll hear soon enough.
