Full Throttle
This is easily one of my favorite classic adventure games, right up there with the Fate of Atlantis and Day of the Tentacle. I am an old school adventure freak and, in Full Throttle, Lucasarts created one of my fondest gaming memories. The interface shirks the previous games static Maniac-Mansion-style palette and actually uses a right-click circular popup menu much like what Neverwinter Nights uses. The puzzles are polished and challenging without being overly frustrating. Almost effortlessly the story pulls you along. The art style is very tight and consistent. If I have one bad thing to say about this game, I will repeat what every other review has said: It ends too soon.
