Freespace 2

Jun 04, 2002 5:21pm CST
This is one of my favourite games of all time. It's kind of in a limited category of space-shooters, but it's by far the best in it's genre. The graphics are nothing short of amazing for the time it was released, and it still continues to press my GeForce 2 when I crank up the graphics settings. The story is amazing, and is easily understood for those people that didn't play (fantastic) descent: freespace. The sound and music are unparalelled, and really fit the mood of each mission. Overall, it's a killer, killer game I recommend to everyone. My only complaint about it is the control scheme; it takes a bit getting used to, but is defenitely worthwhile to learn.
