Activision In Court
Most of you guys probably remember Soldier Of Fortune getting screwed up
in Canada with an x-rating (Keeping anyone under 18 from being able to get the game)

sent in this link with word that Activision is filing
an appeal in court instead of just rolling over and taking it.
"The action of the Film Classification board undermines consumers' rights of freedom and choice of expression and sets a precedent for government censorship," the California-based Activision said in a statement released yesterday.
