CPL Does Teamplay
As professional gaming is the flavor of the day, CPL
has announced 2 more tournaments for this year. Firstly (and most excitingly to me) is a
teamplay tournament to be held at the end of October. FRAG4. They prize purse will be
about $30,000 cash. At the end of the year during mid-December they will be playing host
to yet another $100,000 cash tournament sponsored by Babbages.
The FRAG 4 will be at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas and will take place October 26-29, 2000. This event will be different from all previous CPL events, as it will host the CPL's first deathmatch team tournament. The total cash prize for the team tournament is expected to be $30,000
