With the launch of World of Warcraft: Cataclysm now mere days away, a new trailer from Blizzard shows off gorgeous new areas and tarted-up old land in the MMORPG's expansion pack after the villainous Deathwing shatters the world of World of Warcraft.

While the new Azeroth was rolled out with a patch last month, the expansion pack won't actually launch until December 7. You can pre-order digitally direct from Blizzard now, but if you go retail you have the option of a $40 regular edition or $80 Collector's Edition.

As well as a revamped world, Cataclysm brings two new races--the wolven Worgen and cheeky Goblins--a higher level cap, more raids and dungeons, a new Archaeology secondary skill and buckets of other things you'd expect from an MMORPG expansion.

It feels like a whole new game. Blizzard never ceases to amaze. When you sleep and dream of walking through these lands and 'scapes, you know they've done something right.

When you sleep and dream about WoW, you know that you really should take a long break from the game.

        obligatory "UMADBRO??"

Seriously, we all experience the game differently. It doesn't invalidate what the OP meant; Blizzard managed to create the biggest, and most unbelievable world online whether you like it or not.

I've had dreams about people I know, about football, movies, all kinds of things. WoW is no different.

I dream about Peggle. Does that mean I should take a break too?

        Idiot.

No different than being an athlete, movie hero or otherwise like some have stated. I've taken a loooong break from WoW, reality sucks and I end up going back to it. That simple. Ignorance is bliss sometimes.
