Medal of Honor Multiplayer Beta Invades Xbox 360

The Xbox 360 Medal of Honor multiplayer beta finally launched yesterday, almost one month later than the PC and PlayStation 3 betas--and than EA had originally planned.

Those with a yet-unredeemed beta key can now redeem it at the MoH beta site for a token used to download the client from the Xbox Live Marketplace. One sure-fire way to get your hands on a beta key is to pre-order the modern-day shooter series reboot.

EA has still yet to fully explain the mysterious "issues" that caused the Xbox 360 beta to be indefinitely delayed only four days before it had been due to launch.

With multiplayer by DICE and singleplayer by EA Los Angeles, Medal of Honor is headed to PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 12 in North America. A 'Limited Edition' costing the same as the regular version will pack a few multiplayer weapon unlocks.

While I am expecting nothing better than a 15 minute distraction, I am still going to download it. What I want to know is how exactly is this beta going to assist in the production of the game if it's coming out in a couple days? What the hell could have been so drastic that Xbox 360 owners had to wait a month to play it? While I can't say for sure, my inner conspiracy theorist says Sony had a hand in this...

      Hmm.....

But, I already knew that EA sucked, this just finalizes the degree to which they suck.
