Chaos Tuesday started with Shack down after overnight maintenance at our co-lo, Brian off to Electronic Arts for a showcase of new games only a few weeks after E3, and Microsoft springing the official Kinect pricing on us. While $150 was the prevailing thought among those speculating, making that price official still sparked ample backlash. It will certainly be interesting to see whether it sells when it hits in November. Among the EA announcements, the potential for an Alice sequel raises hopes but Darkspore came completely out of left field with its combination of sci-fi action rpg and the Spore creature creation tool.
