While Shogun 2: Total War's cinematic announcement trailer was quite nice, it showed little of the actual game. Which is why publisher Sega has sent along three in-game screenshots from The Creative Assembly's strategy sequel to celebrate E3.

Boasting "Improved land and naval battle gameplay" and improved AI with campaign, co-op and competitive multiplayer modes, Shogun 2: Total War is headed to PC in 2011.
