New Sony Controller Patent Spotted
Despite the upcoming release of Sony's wand-like motion controller, the company is still prototyping stick-shaped PlayStation peripherals, as this new patent discovered by Siliconera suggests.
The patent itself is devoid of details, save for a few sketches of the device (shown below). Speculation on its purpose runs from a nunchuck peripheral for the motion wand, to a simple gameshow controller for Sony's Buzz! franchise.
