Final Fantasy XIII Blu-ray Demo Not Planned

There are no plans for a release of the demo for Final Fantasy XIII on Blu-ray outside of Japan, the game's producer Yoshinori Kitase has told VideoGamer.com.
In Japan a demo of the Square Enix RPG was included on Blu-ray with the film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete--which is due for a demo-free US release June 2.
Kitase raises the idea of a downloadable demo, saying "We hear that the demo version normally means something that you can download in the West, so that is a possibility."
Final Fantasy XIII is should arrive on PlayStation 3 in Japan later this year, with Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions due in Europe and North America no earlier than April 2010.
