1200 points is a joke for a game that hasn't changed (short of the graphical facelift) since i played it as a kid on my Atari XE

It was worth $15 then (it actually cost more, even before inflation) and it's worth $15 now.

I agree. If the gameplay is anything close to what the originals were like, this game will be a fun timekiller. I can remember paying 30 bucks for this game over 20 years ago. I'd be glad to pay 15 for a semi overhauled new version that plays well.

What else is needed? An epic back story? Big boobed sidekick? Auto targeting and a radial menu?

boobs would be nice, but i just don't feel that a graphical facelift on a game that they didn't change one core aspect of in many many years, doesn't deserve $15.

doesn't matter in the slightest, it's just my opinion, don't get bent over it.

If this thing came on a disc I might be willing to pay $15. I try not to spend more than $10 on purchasing a downloaded game which depends on a company continuing to support a particular proprietary service like Xbox Live or Steam. I am used to purchasing books, movies, music and games and putting them on my shelf where I can pick them up 20 years later if I feel like it and still be able to read/play them.

I might rent a game like this for a month for $5, though, if that were an option.
