Dragon Rising is being developed in-house at Codemasters--who owns the Operation Flashpoint name--rather than by original Flashpoint developer Bohemia Interactive. Bohemia is currently working on a sequel to its Flashpoint spiritual successor ArmA.
Dragon Rising is due on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this summer.
