A sequel to 2K Sports' well-received arcade baseball title The Bigs is scheduled for release this summer, according to a trailer included on MLB 2K9 and noticed by IGN.

No platform details or gameplay details were mentioned, but Hall of Famers Ozzie Smith, Wade Boggs, Roberto Clemente, and Reggie Jackson were confirmed for inclusion in the sequel's lineup.
