Dawn of War 2 Early-access Beta Details (Update: Soulstorm Discounted)

Update: Valve has announced that Dawn of War - Soulstorm has been discounted 75% to $7.50--now a small price to pay for early Dawn of War II beta access.

Original story: THQ has confirmed that the Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II early-access multiplayer beta will begin tonight at 7:01pm EST (12:01am GMT).

The beta will feature five multiplayer maps, and all four of the game's playable classes: Space Marines, Orks, Eldar and Tyranids. Owners of Dawn of War - Soulstorm will be able to download the beta directly from Steam. The beta will open to all fans a week from today on January 27.

Instructions for entering the beta follow:

To access the DoW II Beta, first log into your Steam account.
If you do not currently have a Steam account, go here: store.steampowered.com/about to download, install, and create an account
After you are logged in to Steam, go to Games > Activate a product, then enter your Soulstorm key.
After the activation, you'll be able to download and play the beta

Owners of the Steam version of Soulstorm should already be entered. If the beta does not appear--note that you'll find it in the W's, under Warhammer, and not Dawn of War--try re-loading Steam.

I guess this means if you bought it off steam and never received key that you are out luck.... bummer

  If you already have soultstorm on steam, then your key is already registered.

        I just bought Soulstorm now (it's only like $7 on steam atm) and the beta showed up in "My Games" within like 10 seconds.
