Morning Discussion
I'm usually not one for card-battling games, but for the past few days, I've been playing Neverland Card Battles on PSP. Sure, you have to arrange a deck of troops and the cards are randomly drawn, but it's as much of a strategy game as it is a card game.
The actual battling reminds me more of a strategy RPG, like Disgaea or Final Fantasy Tactics, as you have to move troops around on a map, heal them, etc. And there's definitely some strategy in customizing your army, or, in this case, organizing the deck.
It's an odd mix, but I'm kinda digging it. At the very least, it ended the months-long monopoly that Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2 had established within my PSP.
