Sega has released a new video for the upcoming sci-fi strategy game Stormrise, showing the Echelon sniper in action as he uses his elevated position for strategic advantages.

In development at Creative Assembly (Total War series), Stormrise will be released some time in 2009 for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
