New Dark Messiah of Might and Magic: Elements content is now available on the Xbox Live Marketplace, offering new weapons, maps and two singleplayer classes: Paladin and Warlock. The DLC costs 400 Microsoft Points ($5).

The Xbox 360 version of Arkane Studios' 2006 fantasy action game was released last month to mostly negative reviews.

this game was fantastic and a step up for sword and sorcery FPS in my opinion

They took the thief combat system and made big improvements. Slow motion fatalities, multiple ways to strike, etc

I only played it on PC though, was the port bad? I heard it only had better graphics and everything else was the same?

I really wished I had played this on PC (It not being powerfull enough the main factor in that) but I played it through on the 360 and as much as I wanted to like it, I really didn't.

The graphics were really just plain average, there were level glitches in a lot of places, and I felt that there wasn't enough outdoor parts. I mean I loved the part where your character was on the huge cliffs at about chapter 6.

The frame rate was pretty low aswell really considering, I would have thought the 360 could have run this at 60fps without any hiccups. I'm not sure about the physics on PC because on the 360 they felt really strange, the ragdolls were hilariously silly and over the top.

Multiplayer only worked if you had a team willing to play properly aswell. Most people just ran around as mages.

At the end though, I can't really compare it to the PC version as I never had the chance to play it. But I was really disapointed with the 360 port.

I only tried the demo but I wasn't a huge fan of the melee combat, I actually much prefer Pirates, Vikings, and Knights beta 2 mod for HL2 in terms of melee combat.

No, they removed all rpg elements and proceeded to basically butcher it up. Least thats what I've read in reviews. IGN tore it a new anus.

Yeah, the game auto-levels for you. So you don't get to pick your abilities or assign attribute points. Other than that I think it is the same game, in terms of levels etc...
