agreed... with so many big name AAA titles coming out this fall, a lot of people are going to miss out on this one. I'll be downloading this demo as soon as I get home from work!

Didn't we all say at one point in time that 2007 was going to be a "lean" year for gaming? Or was that 2006?

It was for me, until I upgraded my PC.

I don't know but I think that most PC gamers who have been watching release dates already knew that this was going to be one of the best 2-month periods, EVER, for big-name PC game releases. Crazy stuff, just look at this list:

Hellgate: London, Enemy Territory: Quake Wars (even though it appears to be kind of crappy after all), The Orange Box (with TF2!!), Universe at War, Gears of War (PC), Crysis, Call of Duty 4, Unreal Tournament 3, The Witcher, SupCom expansion, Company of Heroes expansion (out yesterday and loads of fun), and World in Conflict (out last week). Wow. If you include Jericho in the mix (and if it proves surprisingly good, that's another one to add to that last) it's hard to not laugh when some console kiddy claims that the PC is dying or something equally inane. ;)
