We're Gonna Blow Up

In case you werent sure if the world was gonna blow up on January 1st, 2000 you probably want to read this article on Yahoo that the ArsTechnica monkeys found. We are all basically screwed and gonna die. Make sure and be near some hot chicks before it hits, if you're ever gonna score that would probably be good idea. They claim they will be able to get all the systems updated in time. When was the last time the government hit a deadline though?
