3dfx & 0.15 Micron

Guess we'll make it a hardware kind of day. According to this PR over at RaingBull it looks like 3dfx already has their eyes on some 0.15 micron technology. (That's small). Here's a snippit (Thanks VE) It's not completely clear if this is intended for the Voodoo4/5 line aka Napalm or the generation after that aka Rampage. Hopefully we'll know later today

"Our benchmarks have shown that we can achieve our system goals at 0.15 micron with the performance and density of the Virtual Silicon eSi-Route/8(TM) standard cell library," said Brian Kelleher, vice president of VLSI engineering at 3DFX Interactive, Inc. "We are impressed by the early availability and thoroughness of the test chip results published by Virtual Silicon."
