MoH: Is It Any Good?

Jan 22, 2002 10:56am CST tags: Electronic Arts, Medal of Honor
So we already did a post on it yesterday but most people should be getting the game today so it's time for a real impressions post about Medal of Honor: Allied Assault like we did for RTCW. It should be available in stores around the U.S. now, for an estimated $49.99. Is the single player as good as the demo, or does it suck? Is it really short (we've heard reports of 6 hours total)? Multiplayer better than the original demo? Be sure to let us know. Also feel free to mention where you bought the game at if people are having problems finding it.

Keep your head down and your morale high as you storm the beaches of Normandy to defeat the dreaded Nazi scourge. Electronic Arts today announced that Medal of Honor Allied Assault has shipped for the PC.
Set during the most trying years of the war, 1942-1944, Medal of Honor Allied Assault gives players a sense of the courage it took to survive the landings at Normandy and drive into the teeth of the Third Reich. Players will assume the role of Lt. Mike Powell, member of the famed 1st Ranger Battalion, as he travels from the battlegrounds of North Africa, to Omaha Beach, and finally, thrusting into the heart of Nazi Germany itself.
