Creative Announces Extigy

Creative today announced the Sound Blaster Extigy, their first external soundcard. For $149.99 you get a device you hook up to your USB port and will give you 24-bit 96kHz multi-channel audio playback and a 100dB signal-to-noise ratio. The Extigy will ship this month.
