PS2 & GBA Win
IEMag got a hold of some sales
figures for the three big console machines out there, looks like the Playstation2 /
GTA3 combo is leading the way ahead of both Microsoft and Nintendo.
- PlayStation 2 seems to have taken the next-gen console hardware crown for the post-Thanksgiving week—moving 241,000 units to bring its total U.S. installed base to 5.2 million units
- Grand Theft Auto 3, with 137,000 units sold in its sixth full week at retail
- Microsoft moved an estimated 182,000 more Xbox units in this time
- GameCube sales dropped dramatically, reporting 65,000 units sold for the week
Oh, of course there wasnt much doubt of this one, but the GameBoy Advance lead the way past everyone with 260,000 units sold.
