Late Night Consoling
- Those lucky dogs at Xbox.IGN have a final version of Halo, and they have posted a write-up of the game's vehicular action. Accompanying the article are a slew of gameplay movies, although you'll need to be an IGN Insider subscriber to watch some (but not all) of them.
- More Xbox fun at IGN tonight: they also have posted their impressions of Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee and Project Gotham Racing.
- Bad news for Jedi Knight fans...New Legends, the Xbox-exclusive that's the first game to come out of Justin Chin's Infinite Machine has been pushed into next year.
- A new preview of the PS2 port of No One Lives Forever is up at GameSpot.
- No surprises here: a survey of retailers says that they predict Sony to be the big winner this holiday season. If nothing else, the PS2 may win because it may be the only one they have in stock!
- One last GameSpot item tonight: they have new details up from Final Fantasy XI. Nothing too exciting, just another assurance that it will have a storyline.
