Banning A Player

Late last night one of the residents here klerck brought to the attention of the ER guys that apparently a TRIBES2 player has been so abusive and disruptive in the TRIBES2 in-game messageboards that Dynamix has warned him of being banned from the boards. (Note: I've sent an email to Dynamix to confirm this). If this is true or not has yet to be determined but it does point to a question. What do you do with a guy who is horribly obnoxious and rude to other paying customers but is a paying customer himself? Give him the boot? I dont have my TRIBES2 box anymore but I'm pretty sure the community features/messageboards were advertised as part of the game that people were paying for. Upon investigation of the End-User-License-Agreement that is included with TRIBES2 there is no mention of banning or removal of privilege due to abusive behavior.

I immediately draw a parallel of my own to sporting events and other forms of public entertainment where people who start raising a little too much hell are removed from the show for throwing beer on the ice etc. But can you really muffle a paying customer from just posting on a messageboard? Thanks Torias as well for helping.
