Oni WAP Prequel?

Word at FGN Online is that TakeTwo has produced a prequel to Oni with the development team Quantum Sheep. Its uh.. strange though. The prequel is designed for WAP enabled mobile devices (mostly cell phones and pagers) "The title features manga animation, and has been designed to test reactions to the limit.
