I'm kind of disappointed with this years E3:
- No new id Software game
- No DNF show
- Not much info about C&C 3 (but 3 very cool screenshots)
- Sonys PS3 doesn't look very promising. I didn't want to buy an Xbox360 because of it's loud fan and limited HD-DVD output (only analog, no HDMI/HDCP), but Sonys PS3 doesn't look very good either. Although the PS3 seems to have more "horse-power", Xbox360 games look much better IMO. Wii is no option because I never enjoyed Nintendo games (don't like their overall style).

To Craddock: in Age of Conan you don't start paying the monthly fee until you hit level 20 and decide that you want to keep going and play with other people.

I don't have a source for this, but I'm positive I read it in an interview or something.

mmmmm yes, this is definately the best E3 in many years, I feel a bit lost in fact with so many great looking games coming out. Maybe someone who has watched everything would like to make a quick and dirty list of the *must see* things?

I think it's probably a good thing they aren't doing the whole good and evil thing in Mass Effect, while it always sounded like a great idea in their games I don't think they ever quite nailed it.

Often to being evil would just be a case of you being rude all the time, I think they'll be able to do a much better story with just concentrating on the story ... hopefully their still will be some choices though.

After seeing the awesome Dark Messiah trailer Im really impressed of the source engine. The quality of the grafics and effects are next gen. I just hope that this time we get to use HDR and FASS for Geforce cards.

Anyway as someone said... we have some awesome PC games comming. And thanks to all the new powerfull consoles PC games don't need to look dated.

Its a great time to be a gamer.
