      don't get to worrying just yet
      
      if you are a really high stress type person, or have been depressed lately (or are just a person who binges on alcohol a lot), you could be getting some damage to the memory areas of your brain (particularly the hippocampus), albeit small at the moment
      
      neurons can regenerate and obviously it's not terribly serious as it's just short bouts of it...
      
      then again, i could be totally wrong and just talking out my ass, i'm just going off some info i've learned in psych
