Depending on performance and actual availability I might just have to go with a GeForce 6600 GT card. $199 for a videocard, that, I am willing to spend. Update: Of course, if I had actually read beyond any mentions of a price, I'd have noticed that these cards will be PCI Express-only at first. Fuck.

Apparently the weather gods here have decided that our summer has lasted long enough, as we're back to rain now. I knew all of two weeks of sun was just too much. I'll be visiting my dad in France soon though, it should be a lot better there.
