"Write a clerihew where instead of a person, we put in "swine flu" or H1N1, if you can find a rhyme for that."
A clerihew is a four line poem in the form AABB. The first line is mostly (or completely) the name of the person, then the second line ends with something that rhymes with the person's name. The 3rd and 4th lines also rhyme. Here's my go:
Of H1N1
We might become numb;
Waxing lackadaisical,
Then growing a curly tail
or
To celebrate swine flu
Egypt held a barbecue
Ignoring transmission
For superstition
Both of those sucked; I'm sure you can do better.
The line length can be irregular, but the clerihew must be attempt whimsy!
