I got to 70 in wow and had several other 60’s and enjoyed that a lot. Played LOTRO and FFXI. You name the game and I have played the game either for a week or years.
I have set these up in no order

Holic Online:
Cartoon/Cell Shaded look.
This game really just blew me away. It looks great ran great and has the coolest combat system of them all I thought. They have a two job system and once you hit 10 you can switch out your jobs and level a different one at any time. They have some cool mounts and a lot of the spells/attacks are very well done.
It’s in beta still but the only real problem I ran into was some lag here and there and the English translation on some quests was not that great but overall this is an A+ free game in my opinion. You can download it from the site and they also have about 4 other games so if you sign up for this one you can use the same login on the rest.

Zu- Online:
Cartoon/Cell Shaded look.
Another cell shaded look based off of a Kung Fu book the leveling is very easy and the story I liked. You can level in no time. This game is filled with flying mounts and more. The coolest system I think in this game is the quest log system. You get a mission and then in your quest log the destination mob or location is highlighted, you click it and you automatically start heading that way and you can just sit back and enjoy the ride. Same thing for the quest giver.
Great login grahics and game graphics overall. Down side is throughout all this there are no doubt some ripped off audio sound bites from WOW which I have found in a handful of these. Shame that they did well on everything but this.

Dream of Mirror Online:
Cartoon/Cell Shaded look.
Posted about this the other day. Great little free game in beta as well. Love the characters and the world. Very easy to get into they guide you through the tutorial well and just makes it a great experience overall. It’s based on Ancient Chinese mythology and has a good story line I thought so far, also this company has several games and once you sign up you can use the same passport for all.

Mabinogi:
Cartoon/Cell Shaded look.
I have not had a ton of time to spend with this one, but it is just an interesting game so far. Looks great and is based on what is says Celtic Mythology. Their website has tons of information and if anything worth a look.

Rappelz:
Lineage 2 look and feel but without the monthly feel in my opinion. Starting and getting your character up to speed is pretty easy. Played around for a little while and enjoyed it will be coming back to get past 20 and see what else is in store.

Silk Road Online:
Ok this thing is packed, they have a ton of servers and they are almost always full. The game is pretty popular and they have a cool class system as well. If you can get in it’s pretty good. English translation can be off here and there but not that big of a deal.

Sword of the new world:
Ok this game I like a lot. You can control 3 characters which you make. They have a cool interface for controlling them and the graphics look great. It was another pay to play that turned into free and I am glad because I love it. They have PVP servers and the music is pretty good.
Overall the controlling 3 characters can take a little getting used to but once you learn the simple controls it just is a blast. You can set it so that you set up camp and attack everything in site and once everything is dead and you have a shitload of loot you click the loot area button and your guys will go to town. Worth a look very fun.
