I've got a problem at work and I've tried googling it, but to no avail.
On one of our servers (our development server, which may be on a diff version of PHP than our live server since a coworker was testing it) the time is off by an hour ever since the latest DST.
However it's only off by an hour in PHP.
System time is just fine, as is MySQL and etc. It's only PHP.
I can't find any answers on this either. You'd think you would get a ton of hits in Google, yet I got nada. Also nothing in the php.ini looked like the possible culprit. :/
Thanks to anyone who can help w/ this.
