Though endorsed and branded by Olympic swimmer and 14-time gold medalist Michael Phelps, 505 Game's as-yet-untitled Michael Phelps video games will be more than just swimming.
In fact, they'll be "pure action," according to 505 Games president Adam Kline. However, he refused to speak further on the matter, as the company is still investigating a few different solutions.
"We believe it's the next Tiger Woods project...it could be here for the next 10 years," he informed the Baltimore Sun, as noticed by Kotaku. "Swimming will be a part of it, but it won't be set in an Olympic pool going back and forth." Read more »

505 Games has entered into an agreement with Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps to create a series of video games that will "celebrate active lifestyles, the spirit of competition and the inspirational dream of becoming a champion."
The Phelps-endorsed games will hit unspecified "next generation" consoles and the iPhone, with the first game scheduled to hit in spring 2010. Development of that first effort will be handled by 505's recently opened Los Angeles branch. Read more »
