Tera has been stealing sleep from Jeff, and is trying to lure Garnett into its clutches as well. They discuss the new MMORPG's action combat that arguably favors a controller over keyboard with "Indie" Jeff and Christian. Like the zombies in the game, The Walking Dead comes back for another week, and not to be outdone, there are more zombie good times with Brainsss. The new Assassin's Creed 3 trailer's in-game action left everyone stoked for the prospects of being in the thick of the American Revolution. And there's time for a few more things before Finishing Moves wraps it all up.

When Telltale initially announced its plans to make a game based on The Walking Dead, fans were a bit skeptical. Telltale was best known for Sam & Max adventures, not gory action games. Fast-forward a little over a year, and fans are even more skeptical. The TV series, while hugely popular on AMC, has had a disappointing second season for fans and critics. Telltale's reputation has also been marred, thanks to the disastrous release of its Jurassic Park game. Fans rightfully have every reason to worry about the video game adaptation of the revered zombie comic franchise.
As the Xbox 360 turned on and I played the first episode of the game, I also had low expectations. Thankfully, this is no Jurassic Park. By firmly establishing itself in Robert Kirkman's comic book universe (and not the TV series), the game is a wonderful extension of the franchise. Focused on player choice, The Walking Dead invites comparisons to the Mass Effect trilogy and Heavy Rain--but with zombies.

AMC's hit TV series The Walking Dead has finished its season, and now zombie fans have the long wait for season three. If you want to fill the undead-shaped hole in your heart with video games, however, you don't have to wait much longer. The first episode of The Walking Dead game from Telltale is coming to PC, Mac, and PlayStation Network tomorrow.

Season two of AMC's The Walking Dead came to a close on Sunday, to the delight and/or yawns of fans everywhere. To hedge our bets and remain spoiler-free, remember the part with the person who did the thing? So awesome. Or disappointing. With that episode in the can, it's an apt time for Telltale to debut its first trailer of The Walking Dead.

Telltale had been awfully quiet about The Walking Dead for yonks, but it's finally starting to talk as it winds up to launch the first episode this spring. Today brings the thirteen-minute first episode of a new "talk show" about the game, with lead designers Jake Rodkin and Sean 'Famous' Vanaman introducing the comic book-based horror adventure game series.

The month-old rumors of a Walking Dead game from Telltale are looking more and more true as we approach tonight's Telltale reveal event. The Wall Street Journal Network's All Things Digital reports that Telltale is set to announce that it will develop and publish a series based on AMC's The Walking Dead. In addition, the studio is reportedly working with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment to develop a game based on the comic book series Fables.
Zombie thriller series The Walking Dead became a critical and commercial hit when it premiered on AMC during Halloween. Fables revolves around fairy tale characters residing in modern day New York after being forced from their homes, and it has won over a dozen Eisner awards. Read more »
