Another small group of former Bizarre Creations employees have founded their own new studio in the aftermath of owner Activision shutting the developer down.
"Micro studio" Hogrocket consists of Geometry Wars creator Stephen Cakebread, Bizarre studio communications manager Ben Ward, and Peter Collier, senior level designer on The Club and James Bond 007: Blood Stone. Contractors are rounding out the development team. Read more »

Following releases on the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network, a PC demo for The Club is now available as well. A 1.9GB download, the demo of Bizarre Creations' third person arcade shooter includes single-player content in the form of two locations and the Siege game mode.
The retail version of The Club (PC, PS3, X360) opens for business February 19.

Previously available in foreign territories, North Americans can now also find a demo of The Club (PC, PS3, X360) on the Xbox Live Marketplace. The 1.36gb sample of Bizarre Creations' third person shooter, which is due out soon, includes single- and multiplayer elements.

Project Gotham developer Bizarre Creation's third-person-shooter The Club (PC, PS3, X360) has been delayed until February of next year, Sega announced today. The game was originally slated for a fourth quarter 2007 release. The game will feature a fairly prestigious roster of composers, with Richard Jacques of Jet Grind Radio, Jesper Kyd of the Hitman series, and Bizarre's own Chris Chudley collaborating on the title's music.
