Ubisoft suing Black Eyed Peas for more than $1 million
Ubisoft wants to get that boom boom pow in court. The company is suing the Black Eyed Peas for its failure to cooperate with the release of an iOS game. The game was produced under the same contract that created The Black Eyed Peas Experience.
Ubisoft claims it spent 181,000 Euros (approximately $238,000 USD) developing the game. The company is claiming damages in excess of $1 million, which includes both development costs and lost profits.
